The Création Gross GmbH & Co. KG is a German fashion manufacturer. The family-owned company produces and distributes suits and menswear from the fashion labels CARL GROSS and CG – CLUB of GENTS in more than 20 countries worldwide. The finest details, first-class workmanship and materials ensure that traditional craftsmanship and tailoring remain tangible and visible in every style. Due to the value and importance of suits and high-quality menswear, size-related returns are not desirable for Carl Gross and the end customer.


Since Création Gross delivers to over 20 countries, returns are a big problem for the company. In addition, returns are particularly undesirable in the luxury segment, as customers are very unlikely to order again if they receive the wrong size. If clothes are even slightly damaged on the way, they cannot be resold.

In the premium segment, customer loyalty is crucial for fashion companies. Loyalty increases when customers do not have to return their goods but receive the right size recommendation with every purchase. In addition to the correctness of the size recommendation, the path to it must also be as seamless as possible to save Création Gross customers' valuable time. The size recommendation process must therefore be quick and user-friendly.

Since Création Gross ships to more than 20 countries, the potential solution should be immediately available to all customers regardless of their location. A limitation due to lengthy integration or country-specific differences was not acceptable.


Création Gross returns were reduced by the implementation of Presize within a very short time.
